This encompasses commercialization for and licensing of intellectual property, both domestically and internationally, primarily in sustainable chemistry initiatives, medical devices and engineering (bio-fuels). Marcel brings his more than 35 years of business, IT, IP and legal background together to support his clients IP and business needs. From his office in Hamilton, Ontario, Marcel offers both legal and consulting services to clients.

Marcel is a lawyer qualified in the Canadian province of Ontario as well as New York State in the USA. He is retired as a lawyer in Quebec. Marcel specializes in Intellectual Property rights, including copyright, trademarks and patents. He is a Registered Patent and Trade-mark Agent in Canada.
